I have an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and a Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I trained at The Minster Centre which is one of the oldest and most rigorous and respected psychotherapy training institutions in the UK. Going further back I have a Post graduate diploma in Counselling, also from The Minster Centre and going even further back in my life I have an MA in Psychology and Philosophy from Oxford University.
I have been working in private practice for six years. Before that I worked as a counsellor in a GP's surgery and a low cost counselling services.
I have also volunteered for SLAM at the Maudsley Hospital on a secure ward for service users suffering from psychosis.

I am always looking to improve my skills and enhance my learning and regularly attend Professional Development Courses.
I have a sliding scale of fees from £55 to £80 depending on your circumstances, time and frequency of sessions. We can discuss what is appropriate fee when you decide you would like to work with me. A regular session lasts 50 minutes. The initial session is a flat rate of £55.00 and lasts one hour.
My cancellation policy is 3 days notice - less than that and the full fee is payable. However, I do understand that life can be unpredictable (for example, if you have young children) and I can offer some flexibility with rescheduling appointments.
